Guglielmo Giomi (Italy, 1995) is a product designer and user researcher with a multidisciplinary background spanning design, data analytics, and human–computer interaction. His work is guided by a strong focus on human factors, using qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand people’s needs, behaviors, and contexts. By grounding design decisions in evidence, he creates digital experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and genuinely improve everyday life. At Kode Srl, he has led design and research workflows for SaaS applications, combining usability, accessibility, and clarity to make complex systems approachable and valuable for real users.

Internationally, he has worked as a Design Strategist in Vancouver, a Design Coordinator for cultural and academic institutions in The Hague, and an Editorial Designer in Milan. These roles have shaped a versatile practice that ranges from user research and digital product design for technology companies to visual identity and participatory projects for research organizations—always anchored in evidence-based design and empathy for the people behind the interfaces.

He holds an MSc in Big Data Analytics and AI for Society from Università di Pisa, an MA in Design from the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, and a BSc in Communication Design from Politecnico di Milano, all awarded with honors. Across both research and practice, his work consistently explores how design can mediate the relationship between people and technology, ensuring that innovation serves human needs first.
